Why cant i view peoples profiles ???

HI ,everytime i go to view someones profile in here it sais i do not have permission , anyone know why ? i was trying to view T MOS profile but no good ?? any help ?

I cant believe you cant view it. His pictures are so good we all stare at them all day long. I dont know why you cant see them but you are really missing out!
