Im going to lift right now
yo im going lifting right now. Incase everyone was wondering...its CHEST DAY. Get off the damn comp and GO LIFT. You cant get bigger sitting infornt of your comp

Im taking the day off, I ahve shoulders and forearms not a big deal...hit it on saturday.
I should go in on Fridays because no is there because they take the day off because hell its FREAKING FRIDAY

Hell yeah man, hell I dont even get sore that often.
I do 36 sets for back, 20-24 sets for chest, 32 for triceps, 32 for biceps, and 20 sets for shoulders (got tendonitis got to take it easy) and about 20-24 sets for legs.
I have been doing volume workouts for close to 2 years now and my gains have easily surpassed those who do the same body part twice a week. I only do one body part per week (discounting abs and forearms) so I have plenty of time to rest each bodypart.

Holy shit i just got done working out chest with that vet i talked about in one of my threads..dude is like 60 and he KILLLLLLLLEDDDDDDD MEEEE in reps and weights!!! lol he has to be on some kind of gear. i might it might be hgh actually bc he is huge and he looks really young, like his skin looks really healthy

Tomm we are doing bi's for 45 min, then going home for 45 to an hour and comming back to the gym for tri's for another 45 min. I dunno its prob over training but i will try it out. He works out 2 to 3 times a day almost everyday and he goes super heavy too, monster if you ask me. Hopefully i will get there soon working out with him

rest day for me. Did back traps on friday. Awesome trap numbers. Shruged the 130's for 16 solid reps. Need bigger dumbells now.

He did shrugs 2 days ago and the most he did was one rep but he held it up for few seconds was 6 or 7 plates on each side

I followed up with barbell shrugs to the front then smith to the rear. Still trying to figure out if I like the over under grip or straps with bb shrugs.
