How many hours per week do you weight train ?
I just read another thread before and this guy said he was weight training 20 hours a week ...wtf ...i myself spend around 1.5 hours a day training so thats around 9 hours a week not including sundays ...i was just curious to hear from all of you how much time you spend in the GYM ? should be intersting

6 hours weekly

I weightlift 4 times a week, so I spend 4 hours weightlifting per week at the most.

5 hours weekly plus 35 mins each day on weekend for cardio.

oh shit i put in 1.5 ...sorry .5 of that is cardio so 6 hours aswell for me

5-6 hours
Maybe 8 when on cycle cuz I will train am and pm 2 days a week
I do not do this through the whole cycle .

well hell i rest alot ...i work 4 nights a week as a barman and the rest of the time im lazyn around and eating and if not doing that im at the gym or on here lol

1 and 1/2 hours, 5 days a week. and then 30 mins of cardio 5 days a week.....

I train 4 days a week lifting sometimes do more for cardio, but I would say lifting 3-4 hours a week. My workouts are usually 45minutes to an hour.

40-60 mins cardio ed right now, week days (im on a natty cut mission)
45 mins eod weights >>> so around 8 hrs.
It used to be 45min ed, 5 day weights split.

I spend 6 to 8 hours in the gym and 60 to 70 hours eating and cooking...then i spend 115 hours playing with myself....ok I spend all my time playing with myself....I lied...
