Don't tell them. They won't test you directly for steroids , but the will do bloodwork. How long has it been since you cycled?

They will test for drugs not aas

there have been many of these threads, and i have read that as long as your not a dick or anything they wont test you for steroids unlesss your freaking out on people.

i planned on doing one right before i go in if they dont test for them, if i cant get solid answers ill start pct

I wouldn't do one right before you go in. Your blood will be all F'd up, you want to look as healthy as possible when you go in.
