    what you don't know can't hurt you

    Believe it or not, there's a pretty deep literature on the "rational power of ignorance" that is commonly stated in the saying "what you don't know cannot really hurt you." This believe or power obviously runs against the believe that "ignorance can hurt" or simply put what you don't know can equally hurt you. So whatever you believe in, there is both 'half-truth' to each premise which begs the question which premise do you believe in? lol

    If one does not know what one does not know then one cannot know it to begin with, or is it that when you gain the knowledge that you did not know that you now know what you did not know? It is then the knowing that is knowledge or the implementaion of the knowing that creates the knowing as it were? Must you know in order to know in th first place? I just don't know.

    What we do know is that the op does not know anything worth knowing as is evidenced by the lack of knowing that is illustrated in his posting. One must know the ledge.

But hey I am fully aware all those hates are irrational. and the power to ignore all of them is indeed working and it is powerful too.
