anyone ever use alterpay.com

i used alertpay.com a few days ago and my credit card was charged 171 bucks. the merchant who i ordered from did not find any confirmation of my payment at their alertpay account. I'm pissed cause in my alterpay account it doesnt show any recent transactions but on my recent credit card transactions it shows the 171 dollar transaction. im super pissed cause my merchant is asking me to forward them the email sent by alterpay that my payment was successful. I'm so pissed cause i never got that email.

am i out 171 bucks? is alertpay.com a scam? I ordered from an online pharmacy sponser from another steroid discussion board.

my friend just used it. he said it was bullshit (high fees etc), but didnt get scamed or anything
