    Why can't I pm anyone?

    I was wondering why I can't pm anyone. It sounds like you only need 25 posts to do so.

    scroll down left side to EDIT OPTIONS

    scroll down to middle of page to PRIVATE MESSAGING
    Check the box ENABLE PRIVATE MESSAGING
    Check the box RECEIVE EMAIL NOTIFICATION
    Check the box SHOW NEW PM POP UP
    Check the box SAVE A COPY OF SENT MESSAGES

    Scroll to bottom of page and make sure you click SAVE OPTIONS
