    blood pressure cuff too small

    i just bought one of those home blood pressure monitors. anyway, the cuff is for people with arms 9"-13in" i just checked the cvs online website and they sell 13"-16" cuffs that fit my particular monitor. i bought the cvs brand one. i didnt see any extra large cuffs however. i'd definately get a more accurate reading from the large cuff but my arms right now are 19" Will i be able to return an item like this?
