what's the most unbearable pain u ever had and ever regretted the action that attribute to it? e.g. backpain from series of bad squat forms.

1.calf pain
2.quads pain
3.ankle pain
4. wrist pain
5. elbow pain
6. shoulder pain
7. neck pain
8. traps pain
9. back pain
10. u name it etc which one hurts most.

2. quad pain . Did a giant circuit set up by anabolic monster .
60lb dumbells , heals on 2x4 , 10 reps of squats ,dropped 10lbs after each circuit until 0
leg presses
leg ext
leg curls
lunges
no rest , I thought it was a joke the first couple rounds , then started to burn . You could never believe 10lbs and then free standing squats could be so hard and painful
I was in serious pain for almost a week.
Looking back I laugh . 5' 10'' , 170lbs . I looked like a malnourished tarzan at best

Worst pain i caused myself was when i had my nipple pierced a few years ago....very painfull... overall worst pain has to be when i had a throat infection.

Throwing a school bag onto my back in a swinging motion I tore one of the scars on my stomach into a two inch hernia, then walked home.Pain doesn't bother me much,but after the operation to fix it I coulden't even turn over in the bed by myself for a day, or chough or sneeze.That was the worst I can remember.

Sliding against pavement at 25mph under 400 pound motorcycle losing several layers of dermis and proceeding to ride home at 70mph for one hour pain. That hurt. Then there was the scrubbing gravel out with peroxide pain. That hurt too.

The more gruesome stuff you usually go numb for or the doc will put you out.

I had a hemorrhoidectomy earlier this year as my haemoglobin levels had gone low in my company medical blood check. When I came round it felt ok as the anesthetic was still working. Then all of a sudden it felt like a cattle prod had been shoved up my arse and I had been tasered at the same time. Going to the toilet was no fun and there seemed like there was no improvement after 10 days. It was hell and I wouldn't recommend it ....not even to DSM
