what's the most unbearable pain u ever had and ever regretted the action that attribute to it? e.g. backpain from series of bad squat forms.

2.quads pain
3.ankle pain
4. wrist pain
5. elbow pain
6. shoulder pain
7. neck pain
8. traps pain
9. back pain
10. u name it etc which one hurts most.
