The group of black teenagers were yelling "It's a black world" and things of that nature and 50+ beat up a family and 2 friends. (About 6 people) For NO reason. If this isn't a hate crime I don't know what is. Everyone knows if the races were switched it would be on the news all over the country and wouldn't even be question to be a hate crime. It's is such BS.

Yeah I agree with this a lot. Most the time, man simply cant accept his fellow man for no damn reason and invents reasons and excuses. Now I really don't want to drag religion into this but it's the same thing. Now im not religious in the slightest, yet I hear a lot of people saying "the world would be better off without religion"....no it wouldn't I say. People that use religion to wage war on others would simply find, another reason to wage war on someone. It's absurd why we hate each other and im baffled as to why something like skin colour is such an issue to a person. A black cat has nothing against a tabby, ginge or white cat. The same goes for dogs. Birds of various breeds will all share the same tree.
I sometimes wonder if we are programed to hate each other like a fail safe, in case we turned out bad and the only thing that could stop humans were humans themselves.

I'm simply saying that police say that don't see it as a hate crime. When if it was the other way around and lets just do for a example..
If I smacked a black person and said "It's a white world!" it would be a hate crime do questions asked!! But since in that case it's a GANG of blacks assaulting a family of white people....they don't want to call it a hate crime.
The other way around Jesse Jackson and Al Sharpton would be telling white people to send him email apologizing for what their people had done

My contentntion is that people who hate will hate one way ro the other, but that it manifests itself to the path of least resistance. Your skin is a different color, your bandana is a different color, you trust me enough to invest with me, she let me in, she wanted it, whatever the hater can put into place in his mind to be a vehicle to justify his or her putting the hate into reality through action, they will use. If you take that avenue away from them then they WILL replace it with another one.

Actually, I was getting to the point. the real point. It had nothing to with skin color, it had everything to do with the black ass kids being thugs. They happen to be black, and victims happen to be white, if that had not been the opportunity that night then the same punks would have done something else to vent their hate. We can't address race in this circumstance anymore than we can in the other thread where the punk ass white kids were trying to click on the black dude.
It is like saying to someone with the flu, just wipe your nose so we can't see the snot and we will pretend the flu isn't there. It is still there you just have a more presentable nose.
BTW, I do not have a solution either!

I don't think that's true in this case. These kids weren't out to attack a black family. Maybe yelling "THIS IS A BLACK WORLD" isn't enough for you to notice. Did you even read the article?
I know hate in general has nothing to do with race. But this is clearly a hate crime, but definition of LAW...not yours.
