Not gonna take my DNP today, end weight 254 start weight 272. 3 weeks.

My energy level is in the toilet and 750mg isn't making me feel the heat anymore.

I'm guessing my T3 levels are suppressed to the power of x.

So, I'm gonna take a week or so off and then carb deplete for 2 days and do another 8 day cycle.

I'll just hit the cardio this week like a mad man. Not try to overeat or drink.

u need to educate me more on DNP.......I m guessing its not ur usual cycle where u go to certain weeks and then stop.

my plan was to go to 30 days. idk if the mitochondria self regulate and are like wtf I'm burning up food like a mo-fo, I don't need to create heat so efficently anymore. Anyway, it's not hard to run. all I did was run 750mg per day until it started to feel like a bit much then dropped to 500mg, then went back up to 750mg. Day 17 bumped to a gram, next two days 750. It's still hot but not the same, so I'm gonna take a break.

still bro 18 whatever pounds is really good in three weeks but i can only imagine what that feels like to be on dnp....it must be misrible.....
