so my bench set up today was crazy az hell....had bout a hundred pounds of tension + 2chains per each side+ hanging kettle bells with bands and+ 40pounds of bar weight for 8 sets of 3 with 30 seconds in between....very fun

Oh hell no you gotta love it.... My wheel day is every saturday morning, nice and early. Light breakfast (so I don't puke) and maybe a surgar free red bull. Quads/hams/calves/abs/obliques/lower back/light cardio. In and out.. 2 hours flat. Intensity at its finest..

I need to find a way to spice up my leg day...its so monotanous..i go in...stretch..make my way to the squat rack...do 3-4 sets of squats depending on how heavy i will be going on the leg press afterwards...then after leg press its leg extensions...leg flexion...standing calf raise...seated calf raise......
do you find lunges beneficial for building mass? or romanian deadlifts for hammys?:scratch:
I switch up the routine and splits all together every couple of months so I do a wide variety of excersises at one point or another. I do like hitting the press after squats as well. I've found myself doing lunges instead of extensions lately.. I just feel like they're more beneficial. Sometimes I do both though or I'll do lunges and then one legged extensions. I love leg curls for the hammys but yeah you can't go wrong with romanian deads.
