    Have a home gym? POST PICS!

    Just thought i'd post some pictures of where I work-out. If anyone else has a home gym..... go ahead and post up some pics!

    Notice the pic of the two "tricep pushdown" bars.... they're bent metal with a "nut" welded on at the top! If anyone is more BADASS than that..... i'd like to see!

    Oh and those dumbells on the floor (green) are 126lbs each..... YES i bench them - they're not just for decoration......

    OK I was going to post a few pictures of some chicks I use for cardio but Ill refrain....

    I use to have a home gym for years. It collected dust. I have one 35 lb dumbbell now, pushup bars and an exercise ball (now at work).

    I find going to the gym is MUCH easier and makes you do it.

    My set-up is working pretty well - i've got my routine down pat and i'm making better progress now than ever....

    eff big gyms.... they suck.... and the people there suck....

    seriously....nice set up

    and actually Haz my project this weekend is to FINALLY clean out the garage and arrange what I have so far...bench, squat rack, preacher bench and pull up rack...

    got a ways to go...but this is the way im going from now on...i cant stand the commercial gym anymore...plus with the family its making it harder and harder to get out of the house 4-5 times a week for 2 hours or so...

    I find it more motivating to workout with just my father. I always hated waiting for machines.... people leaving weights all over the place.....

    It may not be pretty...... the house is like 110 years old..... but i have some good times down in the basement with my father. It's definately serving it's purpose..... i'm doing really well right now. 3rd week of pct and i've only dropped a couple pounds..... really happy.

    Get that basement cleaned out man! There's just something great about working out at home..... then walking up stairs and drinking your protein shake in your kitchen - using your own shower - and for those who use insulin..... not having to take it in a locker room and then drive home.....

    Do you give out free post workout Tetanus Toxoid shots to people after they workout with you?

    P.S.- Im kidding, not meant to be offensive...But I have some serious OCD and am a clean freak so I would not be able to deal with something like that...I goto a gym that costs twice what every other gym in my area costs, simply because it is so clean and they have little Mexicans walking around throughout the day spraying down equipment with sanitizer...Im nuts..

    Honestly, nice set-up.

    That's what I plan on doing in the future, (Home Gym)

    I don't like to have to wait for people, especially on my chest
    days! People crowded around the chest machines because that's
    all they worry about, no one does leg work outs at my gym, so I'm
    always waiting, and when I get to it ..it's pretty much pointless to
    at least try as I will only get so many sets in.

    But I like the gym, truthfully.
