    need specific diet 2take 2increase h2o

    Not on any cycle at the moment but need to retain some water to look bulky and giant like Tank over here in this forum. lol
    'So here goes the question: what specific diet do u I need to take to retain h20? lol

    Yeah eat more salt, dont do any cardio, dont drink much water. Take any steroids you can get your hands on and sit on the couch. It should work.

    This is a sea food diet you need one very large chain and one large block of concrete and wrap chain around your neck and jump off the nearest pier and before you know it you will bloat up and retain water. Enjoy

    I would alos find some type of medication you are allergic to and take that too! normally someone would then take benadryl but if you dont, you will have a nice litle bloated thing going
