    Not when used correctly. There is log of synthol use on here perfectbeast was the guy who wrote the log.

    That is from the abuse of it. Many believe when used correctly it is a good tool in a bodybuilders toolbox. Two schools of thoughts come for using it. One is that it will stretch the facia around the muscle thus allowing for growth to occur much easier. The second idea is that before a show it could be used to bring up a lagging muscle part i.e shoulders.

    Most users say it is very painful and not permanent.
