LL on Juice?

Have u guys seen LL lately he is jacked like WTF! I mean he was always big but he Bigger and Shredded out of nowhere. Whats ur opinion?

I don't think he's juicin, look at his arms thier not that big 16" maybe 17" if that. He is ripped though, I'll give him props on that.

LL has always been swole, minus his early days. I don't think I've seen many videos where he's had his shirts off like the current videos and magazines covers he's doing, but that said, I think his arms are bigger than 16" for sure.

He is big and shredded and if you can't see then your just blind or hating. And I for one think he def. sauced and I don't blame him, its his lively hood....but tell that fool if he gets an skinnier we will have to call him big Ja rule

I am not hating. Yes, he's ripped but not big and ripped. I just watched his video and yes he's lean but he's not big. Look at the proportion of his arm/shoulder/back size. Also in the video they show him sitting next to the women in the bath tub and you can see the shape of his legs. He does not look big to me at all.

There are guys on my block who are bigger and just as lean as him and they're natural so the look he has is definitely doable naturally.

I guess I have a different definition of what is big. I think 195 is good for someone 5'9" or below.

My .02 cents is LL is without a doubt on something... With his busy schedule between movies, records, shows and TV I'm sure he needs something a little more hardcore then Protein shakes to stay in that kind of shape...

I'm sure some Winny found its way into his body for his new video too...
With maybe a few other goodies... LL takes working out serious from everything I've heard and read so I'm sure he's no stranger to the sauce...

Since we're all exposed to the likes of yates, cutler, coleman etc...obviously other people are going to look small! I used to think the same thing, although they're all monstrous compared to me.

With our bodybuilder mentality, I think 195 @ 6'1 is a little on the small side, but oh how thick you'd be if you were 195 @ 5'7, Carlos! I'm aiming for 185 @ 5'7.
