fortunately when I used them a few months ago they were located inside a jewel through a tcf bank so this guys customer service skills were ok. But then again what do you expect out of a $8/hour employee? lol

See this is the problem. Last year when you signed it, they showed everything. Now they only show the sender/recievers name and city...No state or country, pain in the ass.

They're not WU employees...They just offer the WU service out of whatever business they are running. But I do feel your pain as I've had WU's messed up countless times by incompetent workers.

I use WU, but all buy via computer.Different name, credit card, everything......

Why don't you go to the ones that are in the Customer service section of Supermarkets?

They know what the fvck they are doing, never ran into a problem and they can give you a computer print out of the receipt.

Ya they just got my wife for $30 extra this week. Dumb ass kid, they had some smart girls last summer, now half retard who needs a hair cut !! I had to tell him how to bring up the test question and waive the signature.....I swear he was sitting there I could smell smoke coming out of his ears.

The reciept has changed over the past year. Now it only shows your name and the recievers name. Soo they can fvck the city, state, country up royally and you won't know till your sources shoots you an email stating he didn't recieve the money. Then you have to call WU and get it changed, they usually tell you to go back in person. ROYAL pain in the ass.

Are you sure? I put in a WU order last month and I have the computer reciept still and it has everything on there, my name the recievers name, the location available in and in what currency.
