can some one help me out with a quick craiglist qustion please

when you see an add on craiglist....and you hit reply....and you see a [email protected] email ........

do you just copy and paste that emial, open up your own email program, send that [email protected] an email......does that get forwarded to that persons real email or what?

I copy and paste it to my own email account. It gets routed through the craigslist server and forwarded into the account of the person who started the add.
