    Announcement!

    I just got in from doing Legs and Hams....I am shaking and have ALA burning in my esophagus. I think I am going to pass out before I have my shake and Oats!

    that is how you sould feel when you are done with legs! If that has never happened b4, then you have never worked les hard enough in the past I almost always have to crawl back to the locker room when I am done with legs
