1) You suck on the them, the way most titties are sucked on, don't be intimidated by the smallness... they will not disappear inside your mouth.

2) On a serious note, NO. Same reason we don't contract HIV and shit from mosquitos. It's too miniscule an amount of blood to transmit disease... or roids.
