Anyone know a solution besides sleeping on the side? I love sleeping on my back but my gf says I am a beast if I do.

CPAP machines or other type of devices. Go to your physician and ask to get tested for sleep apnea. You'll likely have to sleep overnight hooked up to machines at a sleep center but they'll figure out how bad your apnea is. In some cases it's too mild to do anything, others will get mouth pieces that extends the jaw out, CPAP machines and extreme cases they'll recommend surgery.
they sell things at like cvs that suppose to make you stop snoring..just go take a look in the medical section you should find something
Oh yeah...how big are you? That could be some of it. Are you in cardio shape? That helps a lot too from my own experience.
my girl tells me she cant sleep if she doesnt hear me snoring haha so i lucked out! =)
When i was a kid everytime my dad fell asleep on the sofa and started snoring i would punch him in the leg. He would wake up and wonder what the hell had just happened as i sat there as if i was an innocent child.

get tested for apnea
if you have it the cpap will help you feel more rested / produce more gh while you sleep / not get dementia as you get older.
I have it severe
my gf has to go sleep on the couch on the nights I don't wear my cpap
she likes the darth vader sound, it's like a white noise machine or something
I had most of my uvula cut several years ago, it helped a lot but it's painful. OK they say it's the worst sore throat you have even had but I really didnt think it was that bad. Get Rocicet.Good stuff.
Also have your sinuses checked, that is usually a culprit.
Buy your girlfriend ear plugs
nose strips stop mine.
Getting off the Tren helps me stop snoring.
