haha... well i guess im a nerd cause i like math and its easy LOL
anyways to the OP, i did a similar experiment when i did my cycle... didnt use the same excercises but pretty much the exact same concept... i found that my str increased roughtly 25% (from pre cycle, to post pct... it would have been higher if i did my max's i got while on cycle, but as you know str drops off duringi pct)

OMG, really wateva, my point wasnt about the issue of everyone argueing with u, i said that becuase u keep asking WHY everyone seems to argue with u, and i tried to explain WHY
as for my point, forget the mathematics, MY POINT WAS THAT using percentages as an indicator and measurment of strength increase was POOR, becuase its missleading becuase the STRONGER u already are, the smaller effect a strength gain will have in influencing a percentage variable
DO U SEE WHAT IM TRYING TO SAY? u keep telling me what u want in this post BUT u dont acknowledge what im trying to point out
what im trying to say is that ur survey is innaccurate and biast towards weaker and less developed people since their strength increases will be represented more favourably with a higher percentage then that of larger more developed guys

I was asking strength percentage related to first cycle body builders.
In fact, some experienced answered they could not remember, others answered they still had to make their very first cycle, so could not answered either.
This implicates my accuracy in formulating the thread, was correct.

that is interesting, i would like to see a study done after that cycle... to see if the gains that were made, were kept by the subjects.... by doing the same type of test (placebo, testand non training, training)
for ex. my bench max went up to around 305 at the end of my cycle... kept lifting afterwards and such, but like 4 months later i didnt work out as hard, did just more maintaining lifting i retained most of my strength and i gained it back alot faster when i lifted hard again...
it would be good to see if the added testosterone kept the muscle big and swole but as soon as it was gone, the size and str would diminish to the pre-cycle stats...
but then again that would have to be past ones natural limits and noone really knows for sure what they are...
good study though...
