Anyone ever Have...
Just an absolute FAT KID DAY !?!?
I did today, ate cereal, a half gallon of ice cream, a couple of hot dogs w/ cheese... JUST ABSOLUTELY NOTHING THAT WAS IN MY DIET AT ALL !!!
Anyone just have those random days??
I mean I am going right back to my scheduled diet tomorrow but... I felt Like I needed a FAT KID DAY... Anyone else have those??

hahaha....hell yes, all the time. My girl, my daughter and myself had buscuits and gravy for dinner and caramel covered apples w/peanuts for dessert. I'm about to have some cottage cheese and pineapple to try to even it out a little. Then a protien bar before bed.
hitting the gym hard in the morning. haha...

I hate to admit this but, the other day I ate a whole large pizza, 2 candy bars, a bag of chips, and a quart of ice cream. I wanted to die afterward but it was soooo good...
Man I'm disgusting.

yea if im on the road or on vacation. it usually starts with a small something and turns into an all out binge. its pretty detrimental and i get depressed but i work it off in a matter of days

my diabeties prevents any cheats but when I really need something sweet , I make a chocolate whey shake with peanut butter and ice and pretend its a reeses milk shake..thats my cheat. My Dr. says I'm doing alot better and maybe get me off my meds within the next few months, maybe then I can throw a cheat snack in there once a week or so. But before I started my diet everyday was a cheat day so its not a big deal yet. Alittle over 2 months now without any junk food

dude, i think everyone deserves cheat days. as hard as people work for their goals, you should "reward" yourself sometimes. how depressing would it be if you don't occasionally mix things up? i would go insane! no one should feel guilty splurging when they deserve it. ^_^
