I think the answer to your question is farily self-evident.
Empty stomach, on an incline for 40-50 minutes.
For me sex (when im lucky) is all anaerobic, a few hard pounds and its all over.![]()

I used to F this chick and spend the night at her place once or twice a week. During that time period I would bring extra meals with me, and they were much smaller CHO wise... cause it seemed weird to come hang and then be like "Oh baby I need to stuff my face".
This is how I learned to carb cycle, and as a result I got shredded in a month.
I have always got some of the best cardio from sex. A good session of 2 or 3 hrs where both people are Sweating like pigs is LOTS of fun.
WTF, who wants to **** for two to three hours? Man i am in for 30 minutes 3xED and I am not interested in anything longer. I have started hitting this young chica that is a friggin energizer bunny, and I am on tren and test, and sweat like a pig ,and breath like I am haveing a heart attack but we are both worn out and finished (atleast once) after 30 minutes.
BTW, I recently read an article that said the calroies burned udring sex was extremely low.

Vigorous-intensity activities are defined as 6.0 METs or more.
Sexual activity-3.3 METs average.
it all depends on intensity...Quickie doesnt do much but if the "session: last for 45 minutes and by the end of it both if you are soaked in sweat ...heck thats cardio sex for me........I think I am going to get some "cardio sex" this afternoon

You don't use the major muscle groups like with swimming or running.
Nobody ever sustains 65-85% max heart rate for 20 min or more.
Sure, you're burning more cals then sitting watching TV, but that doesn't mean you're getting all the benifits of a true workout.
Keep the cardio, add more sex, win win.

I wouldn't say SUBSTITUTE... but I am willing to bet if You can Handle a Good Hour of it Non-stop.. Your HEART RATE I guarantee stays in the FAT BURN Zone the WHOLE time so I wouldn't be shocked to see it sit at 600 cals per hour.. Honestly.. when I am going at it with the Wife.. My heart Rate is DEFINITELY NOT at a sitting Rate... easily between 120-130BMP... EASILY !!!
And since I had myself an extra helping of OATS today I have a few EXTRA carbs to work off tonight... so I believe it's time to make the wifey Moan Real QUIET LIKE... seeings how our friggen Lil Girl is Sleeping No more than 8 feet away.. I know I know.. Bad Parenting... LOL... Bite ME !! Even if she were to wake up and watch.. WHICH SHE CAN'T BECAUSE WE HAVE A SHEET TACKED TO THE CEILING.. just in case..
