    Package Delivery (suspecious)

So I ordered 75 syringes w/needle and 100cc Cotton Seed oil. I was following the package online. I got a notification on my Blackberry about 6pm that said USPS attempted to deliver the package @ 2:54pm and a notice was left. My roommate was home @ that time and there were no knocks on the door. SO when I got off work I looked for the "notice" they left. NO WHERE to be found. This package was sent as Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation. Should they have just put it in the unit? ( I live in an apt complex btw)...sooo should I call and have this redelivered or go and pick it up? Or do nothing and leave it ?

No one finds it weird that there wasn't a slip left saying they TRIED to deliver it? I was under the impression that "delivery confirmation" meant that both parties received a tracking # and when it was delivered to the receptacle it was posted online. No signature. ?

up to the postman's discretion if he wants to leave it. You don't have to sign for it but if he isnt comfortable leaving it without giving it to someone he will redeliver.

Yeh this is true I almost killed a mailman over this.

I had ordered a very valuable package and had been tracking it for days. I KNEW what day it was coming to my house. And I had told a few people a few days prior who had been EXPECTING this package as well as me.

I go to the mail the day I'm expecting it and its not there. I go to the post office and they actually TELL ME "the mail man is making route in your area right now you can prob go talk to him" which to me actually means "go find the fvckn mailman yourself".

    So I DO.

I drive around for 15 mins and find the bastard.
"have you seen my package blah blah the name is...."

He tells me "I didn't wanna leave it inbetween the door cause I'm not sure its safe" I said "safe? I don't even think this town has a crime rate what gave you that idea?" I say "ok no big deal can I have my package".

Guy says "Im sorry, I forwarded it to your new address".
I was moving in a month and had not realized my brother did this.

I went to the facility the package was supposively at they couldn't find it. And it showed up 5 fvckn days later (5 days to travel a 20 min ride to my new place) when I had 2 friends who were ready to kill me.
It really is noones fault but the mail system is just one massive cluster fvck of chaos and confusion. What pissed me off the most was the package went to a holding facility and literally just sat there for days before it was forwarded.

I was so mad when that shit happened.

If it's just needles and oil, you are definitely fine. Those things aren't even illegal.
