    When is your "bedtime"?

I've seen a lot of threads in the past about how many hours of sleep people get but I'm more curious what time you say "damn its late" and draw the line even if you haven't finished everything you wanted for the day?

    For me its 2am.

Truth be told, I seldom sleep.

Last week I didn't sleep for 3 days.

    This week, it's been erratic.

Has been for close to a decade.

    Right now, it's 3:32 a.m. here...and I'm still up working.

I'm about to start cooking as well. May eat a couple steaks, nap for an hour or two, then start my day.

Don't ask me how I still manage to put on muscle and make strength gains on top of my schedule... cus I really couldn't answer
