If I get a tattoo on my arm will it stretch and appear out of form as my muscles grow?

NO. This is coming from me. I have 2 sleeves, and a giant back piece. Since I started lifting 2 years ago, I have gained 60 lbs and everything is fine.

Ink grows with your skin. You may see spots where you can get touched up since it may have been less dense originally when they drilled the ink into you... but it won't stretch or look goofy at all.

Mine have grown with my chest. And are in bad need of a touch up. The bad thing will be if you start to grow so fast you get stretch marks. That will create a problem.

This is what the guy at the shop told me . He does alot of professional wrestlers. And says he sees this alot.

Aye, and like much scar tissue - it's very difficult to tattoo over stretch marks. (If you ever wanted to flesh out an extension from your current ink).

Thanks for the input has been very helpful. Is there anything i can do to avoid stretch marks? I am growing pretty fast but I dont see anything yet. Just noticed some nasty stretch marks on some 18yr old juiced up kid at the gym today and was quiet disgusted.
