    are you going to go to a rave with your new glowing tattoo and pop some X to trip off of it?Or what is the reasoning behind a glow in the dark tattoo?

    As far as gettin a whole tat in uv i think that defeats the purpose of a tat. As far as using uv to accent a tat if its done right it makes for a good convo piece. Not everyone even knows about uv tats kida like the eye tattoo.
