I have alot of traditional tattoos; I don't know why people would even think of the UV ones. What is the point, tattoos are like artwork and are meant for people to see them, to each his own I guess

glow in the dark = lame.

I would stick to conventional inks bro.
My best friend has been doing this for 50 years.
Same place, same guy.
Learned alot about them from him.
This guy is unreal.
He has done Steven Tyler of Aerosmith, Vinny Pazienza, and Hell's Angels.
I still hang around there on occasion.
Getting off topic here.
No UV.

I have two tattoos and I'm going in this weekend to start on my chest/shoulder piece.
From what I've heard the uv tattos don't last. They only glow in the dark for a few months.

Where the hell are you gonna be with your shirt off in the dark AND have a black light handy? Is it for the girls? What would you say "hey wonna see my new glow in the dark tattoo"? Leave the glow in the dark ink for DSM

I've seen many UV tatts and they are cool, but I think they're pointless. But some people say the same about mine. I have a lot of tats in black ink but I'm pretty dark skinned...to each their own I guess.

I am in the process of finalizing my tattoos, they are inspired from others they deal with angels, but I will make them unique in my own way instead of doing a straight off copy.
I plan on having the chest/abdomen/entire back/oblique done in a series of tattoos that probably will take 50 hours total for all of them if not more.
I was wondering, I have back acne (remnants) from my last cycle. So what would be the best way to get rid of this completely? Because I doubt they can ink me if I have spots of acne in the way. Plus this tattoo is a COMPLETE back tattoo meaning there won't be a inch on the back that won't be covered, so I assume it is prudent that my entire skin be smooth as possible.
So I was thinking after my next cycle, I do accutane treatment, anyone have suggestions on what else might help?
Thanks

Not trying to be a dick but PLEASE don't get any kanji. That screams douche bag so much.
Funny but true story, if you do choose to get any kanji please research it. I was dating this Asian chick she could read and write kanji. You don't know how many times some guy thinks his tat means one thing when it is actually means something totally different.

i have a tattoo shop in the mid-west and I won't do the glow inthe dark or UV tattoos because I have heard that there are a lot of nasty things in the ink that I won't subject my clients to.

I started with a cross on my shoulder, and now working towards a half sleave.
After my sleave's done, I'm getting a set of dragon wings on my back or my battle crest (Scottish clan.)
