grains cause inflammation. I cut them out a long time ago and feel so much better. Also where's the fat? dietary fat doesn't make you fat.

yep i got my fatty oils. i take 5x a day fish oil (20),plus my olive oil all threw the day.

actually i feel with oats more energy in the gym.the only thing , carb bloat that i cant stand, but the gym has been better than ever with oats, 5 of a my meals a day consist of sweet taters, so most of my carb source comes from taters

ok then dont bag on how i eat since im not a powerlifter. many of my boys are powerlifters and to be honest they eat like sh*t, but theyre strong as an ox.

I guess you didn't read my above post where I stated, I meant no disrespect. So no one was bagging on how you eat. Take it easy. All I was saying is I know lots of clean eaters (bber types) who eat much more than that.
And yes most powerlifters eat like shit. I don't necessarily eat like shit, but I don't eat nearly as clean as you. My typical breakfast is 2 cups oatmeal with honey and butter (yes butter) and milk. 6-8 whole eggs and 4-6 egg whites, smoked sausage or steak, and 12-16oz of milk. Sometimes a couple of biscuits.

deff not my type of breakfast even though that taste really good, but being my metabolism is so slow i would gain so much extra fat. thats why i have too stay super clean every meal. bber have diff type of diets as we all know, bulk, maintence, cutt etc.., right now im on a maintance/bulk , on my last cycle i eat more than i did now cuz of the gear helps speed everything up. i could list my entire meal plan for the day and it would be more than 75% of the people on this site would eat.
