    Im pulling for branch warren, I seen a vid of him working delts last week and he was insane looking he had like no fat what so ever on him id love to see him take it

    I hate you just so you know. Id love to go there and workout 1 time.

    But he is pretty fckin huge, he trains so hard all the time he should be in the top 3 atleast this year unless within a week it went super flat and soft somehow

    Yeah Branch is isane and trains with some serious hyper intensity. So how was Meteroflex gym. I heard it's not that big. I love the old school hardcore gyms, there's def not that many left. Dam shame.

    I bet you can probably just feel the intensity come out of there. Brian dobs is the man. There's a vid on youtube of him deadlifting 600 raw. I wana just go there to train for a week just to say I did.
