My shoulder is messed up today... WTF!!!!

Well, I've never had any shoulder issues in all my life but for some reason today I'm in agony. I just took some Ibuprofin and put some sports cream on it so hopefully that will help. I'm not sure if I pulled something when I was sleeping or it I have an injury that I'm just starting to feel. I just started my 6h week of a Test C cycle so I'm praying the pain is only here today. When I raise my arm about shoulder level it really hurts. When I go beyond that point it feels fine again. I'm hoping it's just a muscle pull and will be fine tomorrow. This is def. not what I need esp at this point in my cycle.

i would go see a chiropractor and see what he says. I had something similar and it was a nerve getting pinched

Also keep icing it. If there is any inflammation you wanna make sure it goes away. That can cause more problems

did you happen to lift more than you are a customed 2?
What happens when you run the thumb(on your hurt shoulder) up your back?

I have been lifting heavier for sure and did shoulders on Thursday and back on Friday. When I run my thumb of my hurt shoulder up my back nothing happens and I don't feel any pain. It's only when I raise my arm as if doing a front dumbell raise that it hurts. It feels a LOT better now than it did earlier but I'm sure that's from the Ibuprofin.

when it feels better you might consider backing down on the # of plates.
stay on that ibuprofen bro- and like someone mentioned- ice, ice, ice.
IMO if you felt any pain while raising your thumb up your back it COULD be rotator cuff probs.
    good luck
