the 3gs Internet is only faster in certain areas. The towers (with the exception of a few I think in NY) aren't capable of running over something like 3meg and 3gs is capable of up to 7 or 8. Even if your in an area where the towers have been upgraded you would have to be one of the only people using your iPhone in order to see a noticeable difference. Not saying the 3gs isn't any better but it will be some years before it lives up to it's potential.

    IFitness
    Rhapsody to go
Navigon GPS (I travel quite a bit, and it is superior to the standard GPS app, and probably better than most of the stand alone units)

I only use it to keep track of my 1 RMs. Entering that info after every set would be too tedious, especially if you have to use the calculator, then restart the app which takes a bit.

Has anyone heard that other cell phone providers are going to be offering the iphone? I was told by my Verizon rep that they are making an announcement in December...just in time for Christmas. I thought it was bull until my son mentioned he heard it at school

Tap and Track is great, huge database with all macros.

Things is a great program for making grocery lists and to-dos.

Weatherbug Elite is the best weather program.

    Doodlejump is the best game.

Shazam is awesome... It identifies what song you are listening to.

Flixster is the best movie app, give you previews reviews and finds theaters around your current location.

There was a three-year contract between AT&T and Apple with the IPhone. The contract is up this winter, and everyone should have it.

not the BEST one, but the units converter i bought for a dollar seems to come in handy all the time, especially on this site since a ton of peoples stats they write down are in metric/whatever so its nice to be able to find out nice and quick wtf theyre talking about... also the language translator is fun to use with the mexicans i work with when theyre speaking spanish ill just go over to them and say some smart ass crap to them in spanish, its pretty fun

Well I have the itouch...got it when they first came out. I haven't had a single problem with it and ready to move to AT&T for the iphone. I can move my wife, son, and myself...my daughter has another year on her contract...

To be honest i HIGHLY doubt that AT&T will not renew the contract with Apple... I know MANY MANY people who only have AT&T for the iphone, they would lose alot of customers if any service provider was compatible with the iphone

I'm sure at&t would love to renew the contract but why would iPhone want to keep themselves limited to one company now that there so popular
