    Happy Thanksgiving

    Just wanted to wish everyone a happy turkey day. I am flying to Colorado tomorrow to be with my family. Probably won't be on for a bit but who knows.....can't stay away too long

    Well, since all of my Yankee brothers and sisters will be enjoying Turkey Day this week...we Canadians can take complete and total control of this board!! Mmmmwwwwuuuhahahahahaha!!!!

    Thnaks PA I was joking of course, but a lot of people don't realize that, in Canada, we celebrate Thanksgiving in early October. So this weekend is not a long weekend for us

    You guys make sure your read up on Thanksgiving meals ..... in your new Men's Fitness .... Just by skipping a couple items makes the meal from 3000 calories to only 1000 calories .... Dont get fat over the weekend guys ...

    good luck and Eat Big ... ( just watch the calories ) hehe
