windows 7 ultimate?

i find it very good ,i still have vista on my laptop i just put 7 on a diff partision and its running very well,it seems to have boooted my wifi pick up range ,sound seems better ,graphics seem better ,a freind of mine owrks for a sortwere company and got me the brand new release of windows 7 with product key crack so am a happy man ,lol.

My processor is decent 2,2ghz core2duo with 3gbof ram but if I open vuze msn and firefox it starts bothering

It's great...MUCH better than vista.

elpropitor...sounds like a problem with your rig...cus it should not be having any performance issues.

I think there for awhile there was a special promotion for college students at 29.99, I think. Not sure if it has ended though.

Yeah I pre-ordered it, apparently it doesn't get released to us till October 22nd, (3 days from now). I get the home premium 64 bit version.

I could never use a cracked OS. Too many problems can come from this and you can't just delete it and start over.

B/f has window 7 Beta Ultimate and loves he. He already pre-ordered his copy.

lol...first you have to understand exactly HOW it is cracked. Can't group a version that uses a Pre-release OEM key that has been intergrated into the OS with a copy of a version that has had the expiration of a trial or any other form of Coding around the key options. They just aren't in the same league. But I agree...some one who doesn't know about computers and OS"s shouldn't bother using cracked anything let alone os's.

Ppl can u he'll me ... I'm writing from my phone cause my laptop is fvcked...

When I start my pc it starts loading but then when it seems like it finished loading everything I go and try to open firefox or any other program but there is something that seems to be running in the back of my system kinda making it busy and it blocks as soon as I hit the task manager... Now over the last days I discovered that if I turned off the wifi switch it would be fine after two mins of loading I could turn the switch on and start surfing

I managed to enter windows vista in safe mode I'm running svpack 1
but now I want to know what to do to get my pc working again ... Can u help me out

Have you done a virus scan?

A couple viruses out there won't let you get on the internet or open an internet browser in order to block an attempt at you getting anti-virus software to remove that virus. Also if the virus is in your system folder (ie. the folders that are fvcking important) than that could be whats causing the system instability.

Run a virus scan.

Why aren't you using vista service pack 2 ?
I would download the updates.

If its a startup program that is causing a problem you can do one of two things:
Go to start/run / services.msc / startup - You can decide what you want to start up and disable when you boot windows.
Good cleaning program and will also help with startup programs ccleaner (google it, its free)

Only if you told it to format your disk first as a new/clean install but as an upgrade, NO it wont erase anything.

I take it you are a newbie when it comes to computers.

Been using Windows 7 beta for a while now on my main desktop system and it seems to be pretty solid. Much better than Vista in every way and even better than XP.

Its still not up to the level of OS X but its by far the best OS Microsoft has built.
