What you eating right now?
Im having 4 full, grilled baby hake with sweet potato now. . . . Lol i know most of the people here will be eating non stop. Lol. So what you having right now?

I have a roast beef, peanut butter, bananas, grapefruit, yogurt, grapes, chicken breast and my protein drink.

Woke up at 07:30am, had 250g of Ouma Rusks and 4 egg whites
at 08:45 had 300g chicken breast with 2 eggs, at 10:15am had 6 slices of Banana bread and 1 banana, 11:30 had protein shake with 200g oats, just came back from Gym and are having left over Spagetti bolognaise with Parmesan cheese, still have 2 slices banana bread left, then at 15:15 ill have my Protein shake again, 17:15 ill have 250g of rice with a 300g chicken breast, then 09:00 ill have a salad with chicken breast in and 4 Fish oil capsules, at 12:00pm before bed ill have cracker bread with a sh*tload of Peanut butter

Lol. I have coke. . . . . Just got back from gym now also. Had 4scoops whey with 1scoop mass gainer. . . Going to have 200gram chicken breast and a big sweet potato. And some peanut butter. Yum

lol. Huh. . . That was my 3rd meal for the day. Breakfast i had 6eggs and a bowl of oats. Then 2hours after i had hake fillets. Them my pre workout protein shake. Them my post workout whey. And now i had chicken and sweetpotato and some peanut butter. Still got 3 more meals to go. . . . . . . Lol. Just 3 months ago. If i ate this much. I would have fell down and went into coma.

iv droped the mayo, it was a big step as i am a big fan. tuna on its own hits the spot the only down fall is just feeling stuffed after

just had 6 eggs 4 slices of turkey bacon on 2 slices of wheat toast with a glass of ruby red grapefruit juice to wash down the A bomb i had for dessert! LOL
