    I normally have them on my lower abs actually, they come easier or maybe I'm just more vascular there.

    Upper abs and mid abs even though developed, have never had viens showing there.

    Glad to hear the hard work and dedication is paying off. I know a lot of times I think to myself "my favorite shirt, is no shirt". Just knowing you are looking good, even around the house is such a great boost and feeling.

    Feels my low ego and boost my very poor self esteem
