Woke up today and knew it was going to be a shitty day!!

Kids screaming and not wanting to goto sitters was a start.....

Then the major piss off came.

Got out of truck to walk into work and wham!!! dropped to knee's with a pulled mid back......... So PISSED OFF.

Almost noon and just able to walk now.

Hey I wouldn't push it man. I can remember one time where I also had this where my back just seized up when walking to my car. I couldn't hardly even drive! Once I got home I even gtryed laying on my bed and it still hurt like crazy. I got someone however get some muscle relax and it helped in relieving the tightness in my back. Just give it time before it gets worse and you are out for longer.

I was bending over at work once and my spine locked, felt like it instantly fused. Stayed bent at 90 degrees for like 5 min. before I could slowly stand. Horrible, hope its all healed

Well back from lunch and feeling much much better.

Not 100% and no way in hell i will be able to do squats today but should still be able to put in a safe solid leg training. Tommorow is my day off to so i hope to be 100% after that.

Maybe this days luck is turning for the better.
