Cant Sleep!
Usually i sleep pretty well. Lately i have been waking up around 3 or 4, and laying in bed wide awake. Its miserable, I have to wake up every day around 7 and i feel so exhausted. I'm not waking up to piss either bc when i do i can just fall back asleep. Anybody have suggestions to maybe getter "deeper" sleep to where i dont have to wake up in the middle of the night, or ways to get back to sleep when i do?

Yeh valium, lorazepam or zopiclone does the trick for me, zopiclone better because you can become dpendant on benzodiazepines

This is what I do:
1. ZMA (it is a bomb for me)
2. Cum (good as well)
3. Diazepam (10 mg more than enough)
4. A combination of the three (I sleep 12 hours no stop).

Have you tried Melatonin? Helps me a lot when I have this problem. Donīt think it should be used over a longer period cause it can disturb your bodies own production of melatonin, but it helps me to get "back in phase". :-)

When I have this issue I go more natural and use valerian root. Take 2 valerian and rub one out. I have also heard that Kava Kava will relax you into a restful sleep but I have never needed more than that valerian root. Good luck.

I have actually taken on a recent SEVERE case of insomnia myself. It started in september when classes started but has never been this bad before.
No matter what I will not go to sleep till 4am, I wake up at 8am to get to work or class by 9am. My day is usually full till around 4 or 5pm. So I'm doing about 8-9 hours of shit a day (not including 1 1/2 hours for gym time) all off of 4 hours of sleep.
If you're thinking 4 hours is a problem I know it is. When I wake up in the morning I am angry, bitter, and very quiet. (I notice I haven't been as social cause I'm too tired to be energetic/enthusiastic about things). I also have a ritual (which prob makes it worse) which is drinking lots of coffee and taking kratom when I get home (it stimulates me so I can get through the night). If I take a nap instead of taking stimulants I'll be up around 12midnight and then I wont sleep at all.
Its basically like after 1am I start looking at my bed and just get a feeling of repulsion, its hard to explain but I have NO DESIRE to lay in it (even when I'm tired as fvck). Almost like I'm afraid of it or something lol.
I'm gonna give myself till this semester ends, and if it doesn't get back to normal I'm def getting some help. I know too much of this can really deteriorate your health and its already happening, so I don't plan on tolerating it much longer.
And honestly if you wanna get deep about it. I don't think I'm addicted to staying up late, I think I'm addicted to the feeling of being a zombie all day.. almost like I'm on a drug or numb to the world. No cares in the world but sleep. Very aggravating to say the least.
