Back from holidays!
Well, returned from a few weeks in the UK today and what a pleasure it was to hit the gym! :)
Too much good food and beer over the holidays wrecked havock on my system :D but fortunately my last week was in London doing the tourist thing. I must have walked 15 - 20 miles a day running around all the musuems!
By the way, if anyone is near London or will be soon, make sure you check out the "Body Worlds" exibition!!! It's an Anatomical Exibition of real human bodies which were plastinated.

From an EMS and bodybuilders standpoint, it's absolutely fascinating! Seeing all the muscles right there in the open was incredible.
I was so impressed I bought the exibition book/catalogue so if there is an interest, I'll scan a handfull of the pics and post them here (I won't waste board space if nobody wants to see them).
