What are the qualifications? Age, # of posts, # of cycles, or length on the board?

Please let me know so I can work on graduating from the Junior Academy?

LOL, I actually used Mr.T as my first avatar when I joined. Overnight modship comes when you cut the admin's lawn and clean his pool. That's how FI became a mod.

I,ve Had three liver transplants and multiple surgery's to replace heavy scar tissue.After that I had to send the video tapes of the actual surgery's and the surgeons statement that it was caused by only the finest gear on the market,then have that notorized and sent to EXCESS and Then he got with the other mods and finally I recieved SENIOR status.Hey if it was easy,everyone would be a senior.
