Seriously, I got caught up in the Hills before I ever even realized it was a show made for highschool and college girls. But when you get caught up in the story, it really is good imo.
This season is the only one I've actually strayed from, but if I recall correctly this is the 5th and final season, so shes not exactly watching the season finale. Shes watching the end of 5 years of that show. The show is over after that I believe forever.
So you gotta cut her some slack (if Im wrong let me know but Im pretty sure thats the case).

If I was still into the show like I use to be, I'd absolutely cut dates/appointments or anything to see it. Its SO SHORT not too. The show is 30mins long once a week, if you can't deal with 30mins a week, I think you're being a bit ridiculous personally. Don't take offense to it, the girl just likes her show, let her watch it.
