Look at guys on some of these shows.
The 2 bigger guys on Jeresy Shore and 12-pack on the multiple reality shows on MTV.
I'm sure the guys are lifting, and they are cycling.
But how do they maintain their shape? On the show.
You never see them up early running, or lifting, All they do is get drunk every night and sleep in.
I'm in good shape, but i'm smaller than these guys, but probably taller, 6'. But even over the holidays with working out, and just eating worse, I loose my abs.
