lol when i feel hungry i always cook large servings of steamed vegies, frozen ones work aswell and buy some dipping sauce for them, goes great
but if you feel like cheating BADLY and need to
what i do is buy a tub of no sugar added peters icecream
it has 700 total calories in a 1.4litre tub, and only 15 grams of fat in that whole tub, 50 grams protein, think 90 grams sugar, and rest is artifical fibre like sorbitol, malitol etc
plus its mostly artifical fibre so it fills you up fast, and after youve eaten alot of it your gonna regret it on the toilet, and your appetite for the rest of the day will be no existant due to the huge amount of artifical fibre

sorbitiol and all that is alcohol sweetners! not fibre haha!
on my personal experience STAY away from alco sweetners !
gives me somtache pain for hours!
but as gfor the vegies idea, ranging1 cooked me a huge tub of broc with some sweet chilli dippin sauce while we were fk'd of our heads and our mrs we're hatin on us haha!
