New toy for my home gym
I just thought I'd show off my new toy in my gym, it is a combination leg press and hack squat machine.
http://www.nlfit.com/product.asp?cat...product_id=512
It also came with 360lbs of plates too which goes well with the other 425lbs I already have.
This fits in nicely with the rest of my gym which consists of:
-Squat/power rack with bench
-heavy bag
-speed bag
-cable cross over machine with various attatchments
-dumbells
-curl bars
-exercise ball
-bar in ceiling for knee lifts/leg raises
-eliptical cross trainer
The last 3 things I really want is something to do dips and a decline bench for decline bench press and sit ups. Also my bench is missing the leg curl extension so If I get that I think I`ll have everything covered.

Yeah, I would like to see some pics too.
I hate going to the gym, I really do. The gay ****ing atmosphere, the shit loads of people, weights always being used and misplaced, etc...
I would much rather just go to my garage or something and do work.

I definitely need one of those. That's the only thing I'm missing...a good leg press.

I know it can fit atleast 16 plates, maybe 18 not sure yet I havent loaded it to the max yet. I`m pretty sure I can find a way to make it have more resistance if needed.

Well I am not too worried about the weight, I think its 18 plates which is 810lbs plus the center piece weighs atleast 40lbs so that would be 850 plus I`m sure I could rig it to hold more if I really needed it. I didnt pay anywhere near the price in the link, I got it barely used with the weights and a plate rack for $820 cdn.

It looks like you've got yourself a pretty good setup. I've pretty much lifted exclusively at home so I've just stuck with squats, front squats and lunges for legs
How heavy do your DB's go up to? I've had a powerblock for a few years and it only goes up to 90lbs which sorta sucks. I should have bought the add on that goes up to 130
