There is no way they can take your gun rights. Although our present administration is giving us a good example of what the founders DIDN'T want as a centralized government. The States were intended to have the power to chose how to abide by the Constuition. Right now Montana has a law that just passed that basically runs the gun sales for the state. As long as you are a Montana resident they can sell you a gun in there with basically your I.D. The Federal was never supposed to get this big or powerful. The states were supposed to be in charge of all of this. Funny thing is if they take your gun rights you will be forced to use them. Good Post

the bottom line is 99% of people who commit gun crimes obtain the guns illegally and dont say they can't man they can do anything they want and i could not agree more if you come to take them i will use them

The above is right.

The state of Montana can manufacture the firearms in the state but they must stay within Montana state lines. Same goes with ammunitions.

This has not been challenged as applied to class 3 weapons, yet.

I've had mine since I was 18.(44 now).

With the Supreme court case being decided on the Heller decision, its hard to screw with right now.

But, the anti's are relentless in there pursuit for a "socialistic Utopian society".

Fvcking pipe dream.

Get politically active and don't wait for someone else to do it for you.

Join the NRA, and your states local gun rights affiliate association.

There is strength in numbers bro.
