Hearing for back acne you should use dawn dishwashing soap in the shower. Everybody swears by it. For face acne, either accutane, or tough it out. I wouldn't touch any of the creams in at the drug store.

I personally used them and it just made everything worse. So now I don't even put soap on my face or anything. I just use hot water in the shower and that's it. Been doing that for 2 years and I only get a pimple here and there.

well i take minimum 3 showers a day, very hot water, and shave once a day. Everywhere.

Im going to try the cvs stuff....most on back and arms now....arms on biceps and forearms so its noticeable....which sucks.

titanium....is that perscription or just local drug store?

    zinc..

About 30 mg each day is effective in reducing acne inflammation due to zinc's action on inflamed cells and granulocytes. Also fights the acne bacteria by enhancing your immune system. zinc helps absorption of vitamin A.

Theres lots of educational info on how to combat acne on this site..... run a search and plenty will come up.

Best coarse of action (other than accutane) is to Take high doses of vitamin B5 (pantothenic acid) - shower with an antibacterial soap - and apply a product called ZapZyt (Benzoyl Peroxide)

Another option is "Acne Anhilator" by platinum labs

I use Minomycin, on and off cycle. I have always had pretty shit skin. When i'm off it works like a charm, but i still break out when i'm on cycle. Small price to pay though!

    acutane

If it is absolutely horrible, Acutane. It does a great job! But, it will dry up your skin a ridiculous amount and give you nose bleeds, putting vaseline in your nose will reduce the chances of nosebleeds.

There have been info about how Acutane will increase the chance of suicide. I talked to a dermatologist about this and he said that this warning was not true, or atleast a minimal worry. He said that the warning was released after a governer's son committed suicide while on Acutane and that he was the one who tried and successfully blamed it on Acutane.

    Also, benzoperoxide should help.

Suprisingly, proactive is probably the best non perscription acne treatment.

Most things that will help with acne will dry out your skin. Just use lots of lotion, but make sure that your lotion is COSMOGENIC and not scented. Cosmogenic lotions will help to rehydrate your skin , but not increase acne. Cetaphil and Lubriderm are great examples. If all of your skin is extremely dry take outmeal baths.

Taking excess showers can make acne even worse. It will dry out your skin which in turn will cause your body in some cases to produce more skin oil .

it opens ur pores .. it depends on the type of break outs you get. i like 2 use the steam room, then after when i take a shower use an exfoliant , then i wash with cold water to close my pores.

    Yes, accutane is a prescription.

My source sells it, so it's a one shop stop.

It is pretty expensive, but I brake out so bad it's ridiculous.
