    Thankyou to all members

    Merry xmas fellas

    iv stoped training and dieting now till the 1st .

    roll on the new year...its been a shit un this year!!
    I want to say Thankyou to all members that make the board what it is!!!!
    Marcus, nark, MS, Top, BJJ, Fire, ect...lost for names lol, for making me a better person in myself for basically teaching the unknown to me, the things iv read on here was compleate jiberish and now i feel i have somthing i can really put time into. Also a big thankyou to all whores....they make this place enjoyable, every1 needs a whore now and again lol....i believe i can/have doubled my efforts since joining this place... Hope everyone has a good New year!

    Also show respect to those out there this year over xmas ....i hope british/american get back home well to there families!!
