i saw it in his garage and tried it out since we were bumming around
unless ur a begginer or a couch potato its useless,
even when i set the machine to advance its still piss easy, dont waste ur money
if your looking for prob the hardest and advance ab exercise, try doing 'Hanging Pikes' really slow
olympic gymnests do ALOT of these, if you can do hanging pikes then my hat goes off to you
i struggle to do 15
