I'm aware that water immersion or DEXA scan are the most accurate ways to measure bodyfat however these arent available to me.
I've conducted a 9 site parillo formula on myself with assistance using correct skin fold techniques (I even took the average from 4-5 pinches) and I've also used my body fat scales (only measure from the feet).
The 9 site comes back 10% and the scales come back 16%
Which measurement should I go from? Because the 2 very different results influence my desicion to keep cutting or to start bulking.
Using the mirror I'm very cut, veins protruding up my bicep and arms, as well as my quads and calves but no veins on the front of my chest.
Cheers!
